We are assisting one of our strategic customers, a global Insurance company, to fulfill an UAT Coordinator role.
Role: UAT Coordinator (Insurance)
Client: Tier 1 Insurance Company
Duration:6 months initial contract on daily rate with likely extension.
Daily Rate: $700 per day (Incl of super)
Assignment Start date: ASAP
- Coordinate the UAT processes for the client's program of work
- Responsible for preparing the UAT Test plans, daily status reports and Test completion report.
- Responsible for completing the Quality Gate Reviews.
- Ensure relevant teams and business users are engaged in a timely manner.
- Ensure all planned changes are assessed by the relevant teams.
- Ensure regular and effective communication is provided on the UAT progress
- Ensure sufficient testing has been completed and results are documented.
- Chair the defect triage meeting and coordinate with internal teams as part of defect resolution process.
- Effectively manage the risks and issues associated with the UAT phase.
- Ensure UAT has been appropriately signed off by the required stakeholders
Key skills:
- Minimum 10 years of Testing experience
- Minimum 4 years of UAT Coordination experience
- Insurance industry and product knowledge (Insurance domain experience is mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
- Must have strong analytical skills, reporting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding on SDLC methodology and the different testing streams
- Able to chair meetings involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting skills
- Experience in DWH, MDM projects will be an added advantage
