The Guidance Group is a multi-disciplinary group of experts with backgrounds in infectious diseases, microbiology, information technology, pharmacy, nursing and infection prevention and control. Our main focus is to research, develop and implement innovative technology solutions to improve quality care within all healthcare settings.

We are a leader in the field of antimicrobial stewardship (AMS), in Australia and overseas. Our flagship system Guidance MS has been implemented in hospitals across Australia, with the implementation of the upgraded version of Guidance having now been commenced.

Your new role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of highly motivated clinicians, pharmacists and developers. As the UI/UX Designer, as part of this multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading the UI/UX activities as a key stakeholder in the design and development of new software products and their evaluation

• Partner with people leaders to provide contemporary, innovative and accurate best practice advice and support on operational and strategic employee relations matters
• Implement a strategic and consistent employment relations approach across the organisation in relation to workplace investigations, EBAs, policies, and procedures
• Build capability in managing employment relations matters by educating and coaching leaders in championing culture change
• Lead the bargaining and implementation of multiple Enterprise Agreements across the organisation

About you:

• Relevant degree &/or 10 year plus experience in a similar role

• Knowledgeable in application of information technology to improve patient and health service outcomes

• Familiarity with software development process and life cycle management

• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
