About the Role
- Part-time position, 20+ hours per week

Responsibilities of the Role
Perform routine tasks including but not limited to:
- Accounts receivable including invoicing, cash receipting, debtor management
- Accounts payable including supplier invoices, payments, vendor management
- Reconciling company credit cards
- Prepare bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
- Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and other accounts as required
- Process monthly recurring entries
About you: Skills and Experience
- Completed at least one year of your accounting degree
- Sound knowledge of accounting basics
- Experience with accounting software including Xero, MYOB, Dext, Hubdocs
- PC Literate in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Well organised, strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously and in a team
