About the role
We currently have exciting and rewarding opportunities for experienced Mineworkers in Outbye and Development to join our teams at Iron Bark No.1 Mine Site.
You will be reporting to the ERZ Controller and be responsible to work towards production targets safely, support efficiencies in all associated Outbye and Development functions and undertake relevant tasks.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Working safely and efficiently in all associated functions, to support the achievement of production targets and undertake any other tasks for the operations.
- Preparation, planning and timely execution of daily work as issued from the approved weekly schedules.
- Contributing to the development of a safe, positive and collaborative organisational culture.
- Ensuring that any maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with relevant coal mining legislation and requirements (Trade Role)
- Carry out breakdown repairs to equipment as required (Trade Role).
- Provide a daily shift report, indicating the results of routine examinations carried out on the shift, any defects found and/or repaired, hours worked on each job, and an assessment of the relevant piece of equipment where required. (Trade Role)
