We're currently seeking a Venue Manager who shares our enthusiasm for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
What You'll Do
- Lead by example as a hands-on manager, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Drive revenue growth through effective shift management and personalised service
- Curate engaging and dynamic spaces to elevate the FUN factor
- Support and motivate a team of hospitality professionals
- Assist in overseeing Front of House and Back of House operations, including rostering, training, financial management, forecasting, recruitment, cost control, KPI's and labour management
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture within the venue
- Facilitate the development and growth of team members
- Gain expertise in managing all facets of a bustling entertainment venue
What You've Got
- A boundless supply of energy, enthusiasm, and positivity
- Valid RSA and Working With Children Check (or the ability to obtain them before commencing)
- Become an approved Licensee manager for the venue
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, embracing the vibrant atmosphere of the venue
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proven experience across various areas of hospitality venues, including bar, kitchen, and functions
- Excellent time management skills and proficiency in administrative tasks, balanced with hands-on front-of-house management
- A burning ambition to drive the success of the business to new heights
