The Chief People Office delivers strategic people programs for the organisation including HR business partnering, workforce and culture initiatives, workplace and employee relations advice, learning and development, along with operational services such as payroll, recruitment and appointments, remuneration and benefits.
About your new role
Do you enjoy event scheduling and have outstanding customer service skills? This position works within the Verification Of Competency Delivery team, within Learning and Development and is responsible for interacting with City of Gold Coast employees to provide timely and responsive VOC support services.

- Moderate to strong level of computer skills, experience using Chris21, ServiceNow, SharePoint is desired;
- Outstanding customer service, demonstrating flexibility and ability to communicate both professionally and casually;
- "Can do" attitude and ability to innovatively solve problems;
- A strong level of commitment to the operational needs of Local Government;
- Experience in Local Government, Registered Training Organisation, Event Scheduling, or Administration for outdoor workforce is desired.
