$115,000 - $150,000 Target Earnings (Base and commissions)

Calling All High Performing Residential Sales Agents and Junior Sales Managers/Team Leaders looking for their next challenge in management. 

We are looking for a Sales Gun to join our fun thriving energetic team in our South Melbourne office (10 Min-walk to City and Southbank Restaurants and Bars)

If you are currently a high performing sales agent or Manager/team leader in the Solar Energy, Heat Pump, Energy Upgrades Air Conditioning or VEU (Victorian Energy Upgrades Program) industry we want to meet you immediately.

We are seeking a highly driven senior sales agent or Junior manager who is looking to take the next step in their career. 

Elite Smart Energy Solutions is an accredited Provider under the Government backed Victorian Energy Upgrades Program who have performed over 200,000 energy upgrades in consumers homes including Heat Pumps, Air Con, Shower-heads, Energy Monitors and Draught Proofing Products. We have also helped consumers install over 2500 Solar System in their roofs.

Elite Smart Energy Solutions generate leads (Sales Enquiries) by using social media, email marketing and do use Door To Door Sales or Cold Calling Tactics. We only deal with warm leads. We spend over $160,000 a month on lead generation. 

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the lead management/allocation, recruitment and sales training. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales team and ensuring that they have the necessary tools and knowledge to achieve their targets. Your ability to effectively manage leads, nurture customer relationships, and provide comprehensive sales training will be key to your success in this role.

Must be able to manage sales agents who work remotely from locations around Australia and the Philippines.

You must be a highly driven result-oriented individual with a passion for sales management and must be an out of the box problem solver. 
 

If your already working as a 2IC in the solar, heat pump or energy efficiency sector and are looking step up to management this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:


- Manage and oversee the lead management process, ensuring leads are assigned and tracked effectively
- Look after end to end recruitment process for onboarding new sales agents
- Provide ongoing sales training and coaching to the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies
- Analyse sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities

Requirements:


-Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Solar or Energy Efficiency sector 
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive sales performance and make informed business decisions
- Knowledge of government rebate programs and regulations related to energy-efficient solutions is preferred but will still consider candidates outside of the industry.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
