Role:
As the State Manager for Victoria, you will be responsible for leading and growing business operations within the state. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and expanding state or territory operations, coupled with a deep understanding of cable, tension, and pipe Support Systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and lead a dedicated team towards achieving organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market penetration in Victoria.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders within the industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends and develop strategies to capitalise on them.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Manage and support clients and projects on-site, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and growing state or territory operations.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of cable, tension, and pipe Support Systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
