YOUR ROLE
In this unique MULTI-DIMENSIONAL role, being the RIGHT HAND to the Principal Migration Agent, you will love the people interaction and variety:
assisting with the case management of visa applications (for skilled, employer sponsored and partner visas);
providing accounts & administration support (attending to initial client enquiries, data entry, diary management, preparing online forms/documents, invoices, accounts payable/receivables).

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
have MINIMUM 12 months OR MORE as EITHER a migration case manager/paralegal OR general legal secretary/assistant in a LAW FIRM or MIGRATION FIRM;
have EITHER had some experience in migration law OR a keen interest in migration law (if no experience);
have strong Microsoft Office (adobe acrobat, word, outlook)+Google G Suite/Workspace [ Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms] + communication and interpersonal skills;
are focused+teachable+ have a positive ‘can-do’ proactive attitude;
are highly organized and can meet deadlines;
