Our Australian MSP client is seeking a VOIP and o365 Support Engineer to join them on a full-time permanent basis, fully remote work/WFH. This is a Sydney based requirement, however can be worked from anywhere in Australia.The role:
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for VOIP systems and Office 365.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of VOIP, ensuring optimal
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring technical issues and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Attend daily standups.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Extensive experience with Office 365 administration, including Teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Relevant certifications which are VOIP Microsoft Network+, or similar are highly desirable.
- Fully remote working - do not need to be based in Sydney, however must be based in Australia.
