Based in Perth, WA the role of Warehouse Officer has a strong customer-service focus, and requires a high level of adaptability to quickly process administrative and miscellaneous tasks.
About You
Typically, you hold previous experience in a similar role and have a detail-oriented approach in handling multiple tasks within an equivalent warehouse environment.
This is a casual role in which you will be working 4 hours across 5 days each week.
Key Selection Criteria
The Essentials
- A relevant degree or certificate, and/or previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in liaising with internal and external vendors via email, phone or in-person.
- Demonstrated competency in computer literacy across all Microsoft applications and adaptability in learning new systems.
- A motivated team member that will be readily available to support the current team and the organisation's practices.

Key Deliverables
- Meticulous attention to detail in receipting of goods and allocation to correct bin locations in CSI saving relevant documents to correct folders in accordance with relevant process.
- Scheduling and booking of all transport required for all goods being dispatched and saving corresponding documents in accordance with relevant processes.
- Assisting Warehouse Manager/Inventory Controller with creation of purchase orders and create folder structure in accordance with relevant process.
- Maintaining current database including inventory counts, weekly reporting, open vendor PO’s and, but not limited to, inventory spot checks.
- Completing administrative tasks including but not limited to customer service, general administration and miscellaneous duties.
