The role:
In this distribution focused role as a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for providing the essential support in running, sorting, and invoicing the picking activity for each day in our Canning Vale warehouse. You will work independently as part of a supportive team, whilst also being part of the wider Supply Chain team.
Reporting directly to the Distribution Manager, you will be part of a hardworking, supportive team who take pride in delivering excellent service to customers.

Some of the things you will find yourself doing:
- Ensure the timely creation of picking activity for the day
- Ensure pickers have tasks available at all times
- Create consignment notes
- Ensure relevant consignments are processed in line with Dangerous Goods regulations
- Assist with pick up requests
- Ensure drivers are wearing correct PPE
- Maintain close working relationships with Warehouse, Production, Materials Management and Sales
If you have:
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Customer Service experience
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft and ERP based tools
- Great communication skills
- Possess or willing to obtain dangerous goods knowledge
- SAP and Masterpak experience is a bonus
