As a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist, you’ll be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling, and delivering replacement materials as part of a services agreement or order. Including activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure.

Salary range – AUD 80,000 - AUD 130,000.00  / Per-annum (salary range subject to negotiation)

As a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Leading, coordinating, or overseeing Warehouse & Logistics operations. This includes productivity and process quality of warehouse operations, logistics and shipping processes.
• Managing and coordinating communication between the project managers, global supply chain and the logistics teams or vendors as needed.
• Overseeing strategic planning of the logistics for each project to ensure successful delivery.
• Carrying out transactions in company ERP system, Oracle.
• Handling materials according to customer agreement and procedures.
• Ensuring activities are following Statutory Laws, Regulation and Baker Hughes Quality and HSE Policies and Procedures.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

• Have diploma in supply chain or equivalent.
• Have at least 3 years’ experience in warehousing and logistics for chemical material / products.
• Have demonstrate basic understanding of ERP System - Oracle
• Have ability to influence stakeholders and provide tactical execution with a sense of urgency.
