Position/Role Description
The main purpose of this role is to support BOE?s site operations through efficient and effective
warehouse and logistics activities aiming at procuring goods and services at optimal quality and value
in timely manner.
Qualifications, Experience and Competency Requirements
? Extensive proven experience as a warehouse personnel, preferably in resource industry.
? A qualification in warehouse/logistics or a trade qualification with significant post-trade experience.
? A current forklift licence is essential. Licences for other plant/equipment is beneficial.
? Solid understanding and knowledge of warehouse and logistics systems and procedures.
? Ability to uphold high work standards in relation to workplace health and safety, codes of conduct,
BOE?s policies and procedures.
? Ability to work autonomously, as well as in teams.
? Strong work ethics, the desire to go the extra steps, and proactive approach to problem solving.
? Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
? Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential. Proficiency in using Microsoft
Teams is beneficial.
? Proficient in using an ERP system (for examples: Pronto, SAP, Maximo) to manage purchasing,
warehouse, logistics, inventory management, and cataloguing activities. Proficiency and
experience in using Pronto are preferred.
