Your Contribution- Plan, monitor, and receive inbound deliveries ensuring compliance with GMP standards and production requirements
- Support Logistics with freight planning and coordination of incoming deliveries
- Initiate timely commissioning and provision of goods and facilitate the redistribution of goods within warehouses
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate inventory movements and maintain strict control over accuracy levels
- Prepare monthly statistics and key performance indicators for dashboard reporting
- Optimize storeroom and warehouse efficiency while adhering to company standards
- Plan overall team resource, delegate tasks as necessary and lead and motivate the team
- Work closely and communicate effectively with internal an external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GMP and health and safety standards
- Certificate in warehouse, logistics, storage, inventory management or supply chain
- 3 - 4 years professional experience in logistics, warehousing, stock management, inventory management
- Experience in managing operational teams
- Experience working with ERP systems (ideally Netsuite) and Microsoft Excel
- Ideally GMP knowledge and a forklift license
- Aptitude for data analysis and metrics development
- Entrepreneurship and problem-solving mindset
- Teamplayer with strong verbal and written communication skills
