We are seeking Afternoon Shift First Line Managers to join our TJX (TK Maxx) Processing Centre located at Marsden Park, NSW.

As a First Line Manager, you will play a critical role in leading, coaching, and managing a team of Associates. You will report directly to the Shift Operations Manager and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety First: Promote a safety culture, ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with regulations, company policies, and guidelines.
- Workflow Management: Take charge of workflow and organization, ensuring all KPIs are not only met but exceeded.
- Resource Planning: Develop and execute resource plans in consultation with the Shift Operations Manager and Planning Analyst.
- Employee Development: Develop Associates through probationary reviews, appraisals, individual development plans and frequent performance discussions.
- Performance Management: Implement processes and analyze trends to drive improvement.
Skills / Experience
- Team Leader / Supervisor experience within a similar size manufacturing, processing or distribution environment, Big-Box retail operations or fast paced hospitality management experience
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and legal requirements within a distribution or processing environment
- Demonstrate the ability to coach, lead and motivate teams to deliver results
- Experience with working in a performance targeted workplace
- Able to clearly communicate at all levels (direct and indirect reports) and delegating to the appropriate level
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems
