With their strong brand and continued growth the business is positioned to bring in an experienced PM Shift Warehouse Supervisor to run their fast paced warehouse team in their business critical site in the Western Suburbs 

The Role
Playing a pivotal role in the businesses distribution network this role will be responsible for;

• Leadership of the warehouse team, ensuring staff are engaged with the company values and culture. 
• Planning and optimisation of all warehouse resources to ensure delivery targets are met. 
• Working closely with company stakeholders, predominantly production to ensure a smooth transition of goods. 
• Maintaining a high level of quality assurance and product integrity.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and ensure efficient process adherence. 

Your Background
Key requirements for this role are;

• 2+ Years warehouse management experience
• Experience of working in an FMCG environment with handling of raw materials. 
• Strong Leaderships and stakeholder management skills 
• Excellent safety record with extensive exposure to safety systems. 
• Demonstrated experience of driving continuous improvement and  performance delivery.
