Web Analytics Specialist - Travel Industry
Contract: 6 months (likely extensions to follow), $770 - $820 p/d inc super
Attribute Group is pleased to partner with this market leader in the airline industry who are seeking a Web Analytics Specialist. We are looking for an experienced individual who has a strong web analytics and tag management background ideally with Adobe Analytics to work in a fast paced, interesting, global brand.
The Role:
As the Web Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining analytics and tag management systems for an ecomm website that experiences extremely high traffic. You will have a strong Web Analytics and Tag Management background, preferably with experience in Adobe Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-ordination across business and technical teams to ensure that best practices in tag management and web analytics are rolled out across the digital assets.
Empower others through providing simple self-serve analytics functionality, maintaining easy to follow processes, and developing a knowledge base of best practices and how-to guides.
Be the key liaison between partner analytics agencies and the wider business.
Career experience:
2 years+ experience in a similar web analytics role
Experience in running a tag management system (Adobe Launch experience preferable but not essential)
Experience in the use and administration of a web analytics platform (preferably Adobe Analytics)
Understanding of analytics data layers and the ability to perform tag debugging work
Basic understanding of JavaScript preferable
Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak to both business and technical stakeholders in ways that are easy for them to understand
Understanding of the potential security and privacy risks associated with tag management and the ability to spot potential risks
