The role:
This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the entertainment industry, gaining invaluable experience in all facets of working with creatives and content creators. From assisting agents by managing administrative tasks, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their department. You'll need to be someone who learns and adapts quickly, be a quick reader, with excellent writing skills and have advanced computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the workflow of the Agent’s in a proactive manner
Answer phones and manage enquiries for the department
Update and maintain various systems, and client bios/ portfolios
Coordinate complex meeting schedules and travel arrangements for both agents and clients
Anticipate and fulfill agent requirements
Process licenses for theater productions
Perform additional duties as assigned
Skills/Knowledge/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in production/entertainment
Minimum one year of administrative or assistant experience, preferably in the creative sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Creative problem-solving abilities
Enthusiasm for the film and television industry
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Flexible, dependable, and proactive
Knowledge of the screen industries will be highly regarded
