Transmin is seeking the expertise of an experienced Safety Administrator to join our Corporate Services team.
About the Role Health and Safety administration support, communication and information flow for daily activities Assisting in the application and maintenance of the Safety Management Systems Entering into the system investigations and actions and proactively following up with the assigned individuals. Review and maintain maintenance schedules Facilitate and schedule various meetings both internal and external WHS education and health promotion Monitor and maintain the training register – book training if required (internal and external). Reviewing and updating procedures and other documentation Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed.
About You Cert IV in Occupational Health & Safety - Desirable WA Drivers Licence Minimum 5 years experience in a administration role Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent computer literacy in particular with Microsoft Office Previous experience with Sharepoint advantageous but not essential.
