In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering a workplace experience that is sustainable, compliant, safe, fit for purpose, encourages utilisation, and meets community standards.
See you collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver a state-wide pipeline of projects. Projects include onboarding of new facilities, offboarding of surplus facilities, alongside a range of minor projects, whilst ensuring project management, reporting, governance and budgets are all adhered to.
Also be involved in the early design stages, to influence design, promote standardisation, sustainability, maintenance cost reduction etc. You will liaise with a range of service providers and internal stakeholders on the establishment of new sites, to ensure all services are ready to be delivered prior to go live.

About you
A Project Management professional with experience in managing similar programs and/or multiple interdependent projects. You will also have technical expertise in either building services, facilities management and/or building facilities design.
Boast a high level of collaboration skills as you will be working across multiple teams. Being able to communicate with influence and negotiate well will ensure you achieve optimal results for your projects.
A people person who can build and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels. You will also have outstanding organisation skills that will ensure the successful coordination of projects.
