- Pre-deliveries of LV's to mine sites, LV's/ heavy vehicles and earthmoving maintenance on customer equipment Field service team that supports clients across a range of industries in the region Permanent on hire contractors for clients operating open cut coal mines in the region A well-established parts supply arm that supports customers in the region
The Workshop Coordinator Role Reporting into and working closely with the regional manager (10 years at GB Auto) you will enjoy immersing yourself in the role and managing/ mentoring a highly capable workshop team in an impressive modern and well-equipped facility. Your strong leadership and people management skills will put you in a great position with managing your team and the workload coming through the workshop. Some of your other duties will include;
- Main point of contact for all workshop jobs.
Book in? jobs and schedule? work appropriate to the labour resourcing available. Mentoring, leading and directing a team of tradesmen and apprentices. Ensure accurate completion of daily timesheets including confirmation of job numbers. Plan and schedule parts and materials for future jobs

Parts Officer and Administration Officer Increase efficiency of the workshop by maintaining a focus on quality and continuous improvement Provide reporting to management as required. Provide solutions to any issues that may arise in the work area Responsible for opening and closing of workshop at beginning and end of day Quote work as required. Ensure workshop is kept clean, tidy and presentable. Hours and roster Monday
- Friday Approximately 50 hours per week (flexibility with work life balance) 7.00am starts
