We are seeking a 1st Line Helpdesk Analyst to join a compact MSP team in Joondalup.
You need to be confident, customer-friendly, and ready to grow in a tech support role.
The job is just outside of Joondalup and is a 10-minute walk from the railway station. Or 3 minutes on your e-scooter.
The train journey from Perth is typically 28 minutes. Or if you wish to drive, there is space for free parking.
Our client serves a diverse range of companies providing managed IT support to corporates and small business. You will be the face and voice of this company. The first port of call for incoming incidents and requests. This is why excellent communication skills and confidence in talking to people is so critical. You will need to enjoy talking to people, show empathy and then oversee and prioritise their inquiry to ensure it gets assigned to the right technicians.
Among the responsibilities will be:
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails.
- Log and prioritise tickets in ConnectWise (ticket logging system)
- Conduct basic IT support tasks for clients.
- Attend client sites to assist 2nd line engineers.
- Meet billable hours.
