Skills & Requirements
Role 1: Financial Adviser - $100K - $120K + super + commission
- Bachelor degree or studying toward this degree.
- Hold appropriate financial planning qualifications and working toward FASEA education requirements, including FASEA exam and TPB requirements.
- Be able to conduct robust goals-based conversations with clients.
- Excellent fact finding, listening and questioning skills.
- Be able to work as part of a team providing a consistent quality client experience.
- Have an excellent compliance and record keeping approach to financial planning.
- Display a strong understanding of the technical aspects of wealth and insurance strategies.
- Have a passion for wanting to help improve the lives of our clients.
Role 2: Associate Adviser - $80K - $90K + super + bonus
- Bachelor degree or studying toward this degree.
- Willing to complete a Diploma of Financial Planning (if required) and professional year, if you haven't done so already.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience with xplan.
- Have an excellent compliance and record keeping approach to financial planning.
- Note: Paraplanners interested in completing their professional year and move into a client facing role are encouraged to apply
Role 3: Client Services Officer - $65K + super
- 2+ years of experience with xplan in a similar role.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Personable and practiced client relationship builder and manager
