The Media Precinct is seeking an Account Coordinator to support our Account Management team and contribute to the success of our clients. The Account Coordinator works collaboratively across the agency to ensure our clients receive excellent customer service and the best solutions for their business.
ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Account Management team, and working collaboratively with all teams, we will support you to:
- Client Communication: maintain strong communication with client stakeholders at all levels in a timely and professional manner.
- Managing Briefs: assisting in compiling and sharing briefs internally and managing internal and external expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.
- Organisation & Planning: manage campaign timelines and deadlines with clients and internal teams. Ensure media and creative proposals align with client briefs and are sent for approval. Oversee client contract setup, documentation, and coordination of client meetings.
- Supporting the Account Management function: you’ll support the wider Account Management team, by helping out with meetings such as,
- Work-in-progress (WIP) meetings
- Campaign reporting and performance meetings
- Internal Meetings
- Digital briefing
- Media
- Creative sessions etc
- Budgets, reporting and administration: assist the wider Account Management team in the management of client and TMP budgeting expectations and tracking. As well as coordination of Media Buying Authority (MBA)s, agreements in DocuSign and client details in HubSpot.
- Relationship Building: learn to develop and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Assist in managing media owner and client relationships alongside the team. Identifying opportunities for growth opportunities within accounts in collaboration with the wider Account Management team.
- Continued Learning and Development: attend talks, courses, and meetings to enhance industry knowledge and personal growth. Participate in industry events, sharing insights with the wider team.
Requirements
As this is an entry-level role, we understand that you may not have experience in media or an agency environment. This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills.
