Account Executive within a high-growth insurance brokerage
Permanent Opportunity, Sydney CBD location
$80,000 - $100,000 plus superannuation (depending on experience)
Our Client
Our client is a mid-tier brokering & advisory practice based in Sydney. The firm services a wide range of diversified clients, prioritising client experience through corporate, business, and private advisory services across accounting, insurance, financial planning and more.
The business is experiencing considerable growth in their portfolio, and as a result, the company is now looking for an Account Executive as they continue to scale. The successful candidate will be able to take ownership of their role, produce reliable and high-quality support to clients with the drive to develop their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the general insurance portfolio across SME from a range of industries
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, being a point of contact throughout the renewals process to ensure a high-quality client experience
Servicing needs of existing clients, including sending renewal notices, document management, invoicing, preparation of policy, following up on quotations, processing all documentation supporting endorsement, renewals and new business
Stakeholder management, both internal and external
Skills & Experience:
A background within insurance, including experience managing an existing portfolio
Demonstrated ability to work and solve problems autonomously
High attention to detail and highly organised
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, both written and verbal
