We have a great opportunity for a highly organised Account Manager to join the Harvey Norman Online team, excelling in meeting stakeholder needs through strategic planning, streamlining processes, and effective communication, within a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with merchants to standardise all forms of communication, including maintaining and updating processes and templates regarding contact between online and the wider merchant teams.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for all matters relating to merchant teams.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our online initiatives according to merchant needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of all related initiatives to internal and external teams.
- Be responsible for keeping merchants aware of progress of day-to-day content and promotional activities and deliver reporting on such.
- Liaise between the merchants and the broader content team to ensure prompt execution of on-boarding and launching products, as well as ongoing content maintenance.
- Support the merchant team by providing valuable insights as well as the right tools for them to plan online execution of promotions and content effectively and efficiently.
- Ideate and implement new processes to improve workflow and productivity for the whole content team.
- Take on extra projects and tasks as required by business and ensure they are completed within required timeframes and to the expected quality.
- Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and successfully meet deadlines
- A proactive approach with a passion for researching and analysing information and the confidence to exercise judgement
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
