This role reports directly to the Sales & Operations Manager, you will be involved in all areas of managing active customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and be given exposure to international trading. You will be part of a dynamic sales team and play a key role in growing our brand and our market share nationally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
· Delivering on sales volume & gross profit budgets.
. Managing an existing B2B customer base in Victoria & interstate.
· Execution of strategic sales & marketing objectives.
· Identifying and converting sustainable & profitable new business.
· Execution of strategic purchasing objectives aligned to international trading.
· Comprehensive data inputting & analysis.
· Participation in Industry related trade & promotional events.
Experience:
· A minimum of 5 years industry experience.
· Tertiary qualified in a business – related degree/diploma.
· Preferred Q grader qualification.
· Experience & knowledge of commodity trading.
· Effective communication skills both verbal & written.
· Strong selling & negotiations skills.
· Preference in being proficient in speaking Spanish or Portuguese.
This role is Permanent Full time, working from a modern office space in an inner-eastern Melbourne suburb.
This role requires you to have Australian citizenship or to be a permanent resident of Australia.
