As an Account manager you'll be a face of the business, forming strong relationships with key stake holders, assisting with quotes, closely monitoring the progress of ongoing projects and identifying opportunities to add value for their clients.
This is a people focused role in a fast paced industry with a busy business, you will be in a position to make great first impressions, lasting relationships and resolve issues as they arise.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, including builders and contractors.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer information and track interactions to ensure efficient communication and follow-up.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Take a solutions-oriented and consultative approach to sales to address client requirements effectively.
- Liasing with trades and interpreting shop drawings in collaboration with clients.
- Collaborate with the other departments as needed, to facilitate smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is someone who can quickly build rapport, ask the right questions, and provide outstanding customer service. You will be a key person in keeping continued engagement with the clients and customers throughout the entire process, answering questions, resolving issues as they arise and ensuring customer satisfaction with the result and the process.
You should possess;

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.

- Experience with fabrication businesses and sales/customer services highly advantageous.
