We are seeking a highly motivated and independent individual to join our team as a Government Panels and Account Resource Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing requests for quotations (RFQs) from government panels and existing accounts seeking resources. You will leverage your own network and proactively source the required resources, tailoring resumes and responding to selection criteria with potential applicants. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews, discussing rates, and ultimately closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Independent Resource Management: Act independently to handle RFQs for government panels and existing accounts seeking resources.
- Resource Sourcing: Utilise your own network and actively search for suitable resources to fulfil client requirements.
- Resume Tailoring and Selection Criteria: Customise resumes and respond to selection criteria with potential applicants, highlighting their relevant skills and experience.
- Interview Coordination: Prepare and schedule interviews between clients and applicants, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Rate Negotiation: Discuss rates with clients and applicants, aiming to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Deal Closure: Work towards closing deals by finalising contractual agreements and securing resource placements.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, such as recruitment, account management, or resource coordination, is highly desirable.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver results without constant supervision.
- Networking Skills: Strong networking skills to leverage personal connections and proactively identify potential resources.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively tailor resumes, respond to selection criteria, and negotiate rates.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple RFQs, interviews, and deal negotiations simultaneously.
- Prior consulting experience highly desirable
