Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
Analysis: Engage in the analysis of monthly results, including variance against budgets and forecasts.
Budgets and Forecasts: Aid in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency within the finance team.
Ad-hoc Support: Provide assistance to the executive team on various tasks.
Project Accounting/Specialised Focus: Contribute to the financial aspects of property development projects and any other projects undertaken by the company.
Compliance Management: Support the Finance Manager with annual compliance matters, including income tax returns, FBT, and Business Activity Statements. Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Academic Pursuit: Ongoing CA or CPA qualifications.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in finance.
Technical Skills: Moderate proficiency in MS Excel. Preferred Skills:
Independence: Ability to work autonomously.
Industry Insight: Knowledge of the property industry is a plus.
Financial Expertise: Strong technical knowledge and financial acumen.
