Our Head Office in Melbourne is looking for an experience, mature minded accountant who love a challenge, and can hit the ground running, for immediate start.

Tasks

• Managing full function of A/R and A/P
• Managing Inventory
• Daily Bank reconciliations
• Full Payroll functions
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal use and submission to external Accountants. Statutory reporting including BAS, GST, IAS, Payroll Tax, STP and Super.
• Managing P & L, Balance sheet, Statement of Cash Flow, and Budgeting.

To be successful in this role, you would have the following as a minimum:

• At least 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Xero software
• Knowledge of Inventory management is advantage.
• Excellent time management skills
• Good reconciliation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, to ensure the accuracy of information.
• Proficient use of technology including MS Outlook, Excel
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident only and must have full Australian driving license.
