SalaryWorkfast is recruiting for an Accountant Assistant for a leading practice for dental and cosmetic services who specialises in all types of dental treatments, including surgical procedures, orthodontics, extractions, veneer integration and more.
This role is a Temp to Perm position, where you will be hired as a casual for the first 3-6 months, and then transition into a full time salaried role. There is the possibility for this to be a full-time position straight away, for the right candidate.
Location: Baulkham Hills NSW
Hours: Full-Time Hours Monday-Friday (38 hours/week)

- Previous experience in dental or health is a plus
- Experience in an accounts role is essential
- You have previous experience in tracking and paying out commissions, invoicing and pty. payroll.
- You have impeccable attention to detail
- Meticulous organisational skills
- Computer skills / Accounting software (Xero preferably)
- Go getter / entrepreneurial attitude is highly regarded
What you will be doing
- Tracking of sales and procedures by dentist
- Payout commissions / profit shares with dentists and coordinators
- Invoicing, medical billing, insurance, etc
- Reconciling of payments
- ad Hoc Bookkeeping duties
There is lots of potential to grow. Training on our payment and billing structure will be provided.
Successful candidates may be required to undertake a National Police Check
