Form of workWe are currently seeking an Accountant or Senior Assistant Accountant for a long term contract role. The role is with a successful ASX listed company and also has the potential to become permanent.
Responsibilities will include:
- General ledger and bank reconciliations
- Provide support for all month end processes, journals, accruals etc
- Assist with intercompany accounting
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Review accounts payable
- Monitor and track expenses
- Assist with internal and external audit processes
Preferred experience:
- Degree in accounting
- Studying for CA/CPA or looking to commence studies
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
