We're seeking an accounts superstar to join our office team (4 days per week).
We are a Midwest transport company based in Geraldton specialising in the cartage of fuel.
We are proudly family-owned and operated and we love being part of the transport industry. We believe in investing back in our local community through buying local and supporting our community groups.
Our business is growing and in order to continue to provide outstanding service to our clients and team we are searching for an accounts administration officer to work four days per week.
We're looking for someone who can work collaboratively and be part of the team but who is also flexible in their approach to each day's requirements.
Other than previous accounts experience, our main criteria is someone who’s a quick learner, motivated and willing to do what needs to be done.
Requirements:
Proficient computer skills - familiar with accounting systems and Microsoft Office
Strong time management skills - attention to detail while handling changing priorities
Exceptional customer service and communications skills.
