Pharmabroker Sales is one of Australia's largest suppliers of OTC consumer products to the pharmacy channel. We are a preeminent pharmacy sales team with a diverse portfolio of clients with sales of over $350 Million in pharmacies each year, many of which you would have in your house right now and many more you have grown up with such as Colgate, Energizer and Banana Boat.
What would I be doing in this job?
- Working directly with the Company Accountant, you can expect every day to be different.
- There will be a number of things that need to be done each day or month, such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and regular reporting. Working directly with Company Accountant you will get exposure to corporate credit cards, fleet management, insurance and much, much more. Don't expect to get bored!
- You will proactively communicate with the employees in the company to ensure timely submission of expense claims, receipts, and related documents.

The role will always remain challenging and if that suits you to a tee, then it does for us as well, however there is scope to move into a Financial Analysis role, Administration, Sales or Management.
Flexible working days subject to a total of 22.8 hours per week.
Have you got the goods?
First and foremost, you LOVE Microsoft Excel. You go to sleep at night wondering if an XLOOKUP would have been a better way to do it!
You need to have experience in bookkeeping with exposure to Accounts receivables, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations and general office/finance administration. MYOB Accounting or equivalent experience is highly regarded.
You may have recently decided to return to the workforce and part time suits you right now or you might be scaling down and wanting less responsibility and workload than your current role.
You like working in a small work group and don't need someone standing over your shoulder telling you how things must be done. You like to be told or shown and then left to do the job and will seek advice if you have a question.
You have a high attention to detail and your verbal and written communication skills of a high standard.
Ideally you live close to Ryde.
No working from home.

The role is located in a new office environment in Ryde with onsite parking and a short stroll to Top Ryde shopping centre.
