Accounts Officer - Affiliates

About the role
Based in Adelaide, you will be reporting to the Senior Accounts Officer - Affiliates and will be responsible for the provision of timely and accurate accounting for Affiliate company invoices and administrative services to Liebherr Australia.
Duties

• Matching purchase orders to invoices received via EDI from Affiliate companies
• Coding and entry of manual invoices into general ledger
• Initiating payments to all Liebherr Affiliate companies, including offsets for accounts receivable.
• Payment confirmation in Liebherr Treasury System
• Reconciling company payments as part of month end
• Reconciliation of Affiliate accounts receivable/payable in Intercompany SAP
• Review of unmatched receipts and follow up with branches in Australia and New Zealand
• Maintain Australian and New Zealand Suppliers in ERP

Skills & Experience

• Certificate III in Business Administration or Finance is essential
• Previous Accounts Payable and customer service experience is essential
• Previous experience handling foreign currency invoices highly desirable
• High level of accuracy in both literacy and numeracy
• Superior analytical skills coupled with sound computer skills
• Self-motivation, positive attitude, great attention to detail, willing to use initiative and strive to work effectively with various people and areas of the business
