Based in Girraween, Sydney, they specialise in providing quality cross-border logistics solutions with efficiency, dedication, and expertise.About The OpportunityAs an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in the finance team, ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Investigate discrepancies to determine the accuracy of ledgers and journal entries
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and tax files
• Preparing regulatory filings
• Process improvement initiatives
• Ad hoc administrative duties

About YouThe successful candidate will have:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Fluency in Chinese (desirable to speak wth overseas colleagues)
• Proficiency in using computers including Microsoft Excel
• The ability to pick up new systems and software quickly

You will also have:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
