Role
Currently an opportunity exists for an Accounts Officer to join the team in a part-time basis with the main focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable while managing front of house. Day to day responsibilities will include:
Receiving and processing of invoices
Matching invoices to PO's
Issuing of claims and receipting of claims
Debtor management
Obtaining payment approvals
Paying supplier invoices, reconciling statements
Managing Front of House - meeting and greeting visitors, phones
You
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
Proven background in accounts, in particular AP & AR
Sound knowledge of Xero and MS Office Suite
Quick to pick up procedures and systems
Team player with a can-do attitude
Strong time management and attention to detail
