Kartaway is a well established family owned and operated business located in Brunswick East.
We are looking for an organised, confident and proactive team member to join our finance team.
Key responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable
- Process supplier invoices for multiple branches
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Prepare weekly & monthly payment runs
- Liaise with accounts staff in other states
- General admin duties
Accounts Receivable
- Allocate the daily bank statement
- Process new customer credit applications
- Monitor payments of accounts and follow up outstanding Debtors
- Maintain the customer master data file
- Generate & send monthly customer invoices and statements
Skills and experience
- High attention to detail with strong problem solving skills
- Proactive and very good organisational skills
- A good communicator and team player
- Intermediate computer skills
Ideally, accounts experience is preferred, however we will consider those looking to get a start in an accounts role. This is an excellent opportunity to learn all aspects of the accounts function.
