Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented professional seeking a rewarding career in finance? Join a prestigious and globally renowned company in the luxury goods sector as we expand our finance team! The role will be a 3 Month Contract position initially.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process with precision and accuracy.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve inquiries and discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with the utmost discretion.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance department.
Person Specification:
Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
