We’re on the lookout for a Financial Accountant who wants to contribute to the continued success of our brand and customer experience to join our family!
About your new career:
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be an important member of the Finance team. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Capturing of a high volume of expense invoices across multiple group companies
• Allocating expense invoices to the correct Cost Centre within each group company
• Responsible for the processing and reconciliation of Credit Cards
• Preparing Creditors Statement reconciliations where required
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Supplier engagement relating to setting up new accounts and/or resolving statement queries
• Preparation of Fortnightly payment batches
• Other duties as required by the Financial Controller or Director

A little about you:
You’re a passionate Accounts Payable Clerk/Officer, who enjoys being part of a growing, evolving environment, contributing towards the collective team outcome, yet able to work autonomously to deliver outputs to a high standard.

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable and Bank account reconciliations
• High attention to detail, whilst managing multiple tasks.
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities.
• Tertiary qualification – Accounting, Finance, Business or similar (Desirable but not required)
