We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Accounts Payable Officer with great attention to detail to join our friendly team based in Banksmeadow. You will be joining a well-established organisation that has been operating and developing for over 30 years.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review and process supplier invoices.
- Preparation of weekly, monthly and ad-hoc supplier payments.
- Supplier Statement reconciliation.
- Responding to branch and supplier queries.
- Ad-hoc financial support and requests.
- Filing and archiving invoices.
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
- MUST reside in and hold full working rights in Australia.
- Minimal experience necessary, just a willingness to learn and grow.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational skills.
- Ability to use initiative and work autonomously.
- Experience in Xero and Excel preferred.
