About the job
Your role is centered around the financial, administrative, and clerical support of the company including the following:
- Managing all invoices from subcontractors
- Reviewing, processing, and reconciling company expenditures
- Facilitate the compliance of internal processes to ensure all payments are made in a timely manner
- Managing payroll and all staff leave requests
- Ensuring employees adhere to internal financial deadlines
- Addressing and resolving financial queries from clients, subcontractors and staff.
- Preparing weekly internal reports
- Oversee everyday office activities as the main point of contact while keeping management informed
- Provide direct administrative support to both the Director and General Manager as needed

- Previous experience is not a requirement. We are looking for candidates that are willing to learn, are adaptable and can apply their learning to gain experience in the industry.
