The Role

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their busy team on a temporary basis. Your duties will include:

• High volume Accounts Payable invoice processing
• High level data processing with fast and accurate data entry skills
• Use of Adobe Pro, Outlook and Excel
• Customer service and stakeholder engagement via email and phone

You

The successful candidates will have fast and accurate data entry with a minimum of 6 months experience in an Accounts Payable role. You will be able to demonstrate the following:

• High attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to new systems quickly
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to do repetitive work
• Must be able to show initiative and be able to work in a team environment
