About the role
VMCH Accounts payable team is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join this supportive team. This full-time position reports to the AP Team Leader and is a golden opportunity to develop your AP skills.
About you
You will have 1 – 2 years of experience processing Accounts Payable invoice in a high-volume setting, you will have excellent attention to detail and highly accurate data input skills. Your customer service and communication skills will be top notch, you will be managing the queries from vendors and internal managers and working to resolve issues.
Skills and experience
- Ability to process AP invoices and Payments.
- Account Reconciliations
- Excellent Excel skills
- Manage AP inbox and respond to queries.
- Excellent time management, to meet monthly deadlines.
- Prepare reports as requested.
Skills and experience desirable
- Knowledge of Epicor and Docstar
- Experience in the Aged Care or Disability Sector Or a willingness to learn.
