We're actively in search of an Accounts Payable Officer to join our client's dynamic finance team. In this capacity, you'll play a support role in ensuring the smooth management of the company's finances. This role offers an outstanding chance for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and seeks to progress in the finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receipt and data entry for Accounts Payable.
- Preparation of payments for Accounts Payable.
- Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintaining and entering supplier profiles.
- Archiving and updating the registry to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Tackling other ad hoc duties as required to support the finance department.
Qualifications, Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with a solid understanding of Accounts Payable and receivable processes.
- Professional presentation and a personable approach to teamwork and client interactions.
- A high level of accountability, responsibility, and trustworthiness.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Previous experience with Xero software is highly desirable.
