Role Responsibilities
- Review trade and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy of rates, charges and ATO compliance
- Data processing of trade and supplier invoices in high volume environment
- Processing payment runs
- Reconciling supplier monthly statements
- Maintain supplier relations, and managing payment queries efficiently
Attitude, Skills and Experience
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills, display enthusiasm, have a hard-working can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and go the extra mile
- Be a team player with high attention to detail
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Competency in Microsoft Office software programs
To be the successful you have or be willing to obtain the following:
- 100 points of identification (Driver License or Passport)
- Current Clear National Police
- COVID Vaccination Certification
