We're looking for a talented Accounts Payable Officer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our team for a 6-month fixed term, as we streamline our financial operations.
As our Accounts Payable Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining meticulous records. Your specialisation in Microsoft Dynamics will be instrumental in streamlining our financial processes and maximising efficiency.
Hybrid Work Arrangement: Enjoy the best of both worlds with three days in our Springvale office and two days remote.
What you will be doing
Efficient processing of invoices and expense claims using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Reconciliation of Accounts Payable transactions.
Vendor management and communication.
Resolving invoice discrepancies and issues promptly.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial objectives.
What you will bring
Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Officer/ Accounts Receivable or similar role
Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, particularly in AP modules.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can meet tight deadlines.
