Due to an exciting promotion, we have an opportunity for a Payroll Officer to join our team. This role will sit within our Finance team and will be responsible for the daily participation of the operations that encompass Accounts Payable team. You will have strong attention to detail as well as exceptional communication skills, as this role will see you liaising with all levels across our business.
Managing Automated Invoicing process and exception queues
Partnering with internal stakeholders for on-time processing of invoices
Regular reporting on set portfolio for management review
Analysis of processing errors
Proficient in data entry
Accuracy and attention to detail

We’re looking for a self-motivated, confident, and detail-orientated individual, who enjoys working in a high performing environment.
Account reconciliation skills
Ability to prioritise tasks
Knowledge of Converga and JDE desirable
Strong Excel Skills and Knowledge
2+years’ experience within AP environment
